Our Providers


William F. Patton, MD

Dr. Patton grew up in Dearborn Michigan and attended the University of Michigan as an undergraduate. Dr Patton completed his medical training from Wayne State University, School of Medicine, in 1976. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at the University of Michigan Medical Center in 1981. Dr Patton's clinical interests as well as medical specialties include Critical Care, Pulmonary, Sleep, Anti-Coagulation, Endobronchial Ultrasound Bronchoscopies  and Electromagnetic Bronchoscopies. He is board certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine. Dr. Patton has been with Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates since its' inception in 1986 and is affiliated with St. Joseph Ann Arbor, St. Joseph Livingston, St. Joseph Saline, Select Specialty Hospital and Chelsea Community Hospital. He continues to do research and education relating to Anti-Coagulation.


Dr. Patton is married and has 2 grown sons. Dr. Patton's hobbies and interests include fly fishing and traveling.


Paul S. Harkaway, MD

Dr. Harkaway grew up in Detroit, Michigan. He attended University of Michigan as an undergraduate. Dr. Harkaway completed his medical training from Wayne State University, School of Medicine, in 1980. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in 1983 and fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at Henry Ford Hospital in 1986. Dr. Harkaway's clinical interests as well as medical specialties include Critical Care, Pulmonary, Sleep Apnea and Endobronchial Ultrasound Bronchoscopies. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Harkaway has been with Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates since 1986 and is affiliated with St. Joseph Ann Arbor, St. Joseph Livingston, St. Joseph Saline, Chelsea Community Hospital and Select Specialty Hospital.


Dr. Harkaway is married and has 2 daughters. Dr. Harkaway's hobbies and interests include blues music, history and fly fishing.


Thomas R. Gravelyn, MD

Dr. Gravelyn grew-up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is a graduate of Kalamazoo College. He attended the University of Michigan Medical School and completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Josesph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. He then completed a Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Michigan as well as an MBA. He is Board Certified in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Gravelyn is the Medical Director of the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Sleep Disorders Center and the Chelsea Hospital Sleep Disorders Center. He is the Managing Partner for Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates.

His other interests include long distance running.



Christine L. Curran, MD

Dr. Curran grew up in Ohio and is a college graduate of Purdue University. Dr. Curran completed her medical training at The Ohio State University in 1996. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt University in 1999, and Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Vanderbilt in 2002. Dr Curran's clinical interests as well as medical specialties include Critical Care and Pulmonary medicine. She is board certified in both Critical Care and Pulmonary Medicine. Dr. Curran has been with Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates since 2002 and is affiliated with St. Joseph Ann Arbor, St. Joseph Livingston, Chelsea Community Hospital and Select Specialty Hospital. Dr Curran is the Director of the Medical Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph Ann Arbor and at Chelsea Community Hospital. She is the Section Head for Pulmonary and Critical Care and chairs the Critical Care Collaborative Practice Team.

Dr. Curran is married and has 2 children. She enjoys reading, travel, and spending time with her family.


Gregory S. Stone, MD

Dr. Stone grew up in Flint Michigan and is a college graduate of Harding University. Dr Stone completed his Doctor of medicine from University of Arkansas in 1988. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in 1991 and completed his Fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit in 1994. Dr Stone's clinical interests as well as medical specialties include Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep. He is board certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine. Dr. Stone has been with Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates since 2008 and is affiliated with St. Joseph Ann Arbor, St. Joseph Livingston, St. Joseph Saline, St. Mary's Livonia, Chelsea Community Hospital, and Select Specialty Hospital. Dr Stone is also the Director of Respiratory Program at St Joseph Ann Arbor and Livingston.

Dr. Stone is married and has 4 children. Dr. Stone's hobbies and interests include many outdoor activities and spending time with his family.

 


Meredith D. Peters, MD

Dr. Peters grew up in Kentucky and attended University of Michigan as an undergraduate. Dr. Peters completed her medical training from University of Louisville School of Medicine, in 2004. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine in 2007 and Fellowship of Sleep Medicine in 2010, both at the University of Michigan. She is currently board certified in Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Peters' clinical interests as well as medical specialties include Sleep Medicine (Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, Hypersomnias including Narcolepsy, Restless Legs Syndrome, and Parasomnias). Dr. Peters joined Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates in 2010 and is affiliated with St. Joseph Ann Arbor, St. Joseph Livingston, St. Joseph Saline, and Chelsea Community Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Peters is the Medical Director for the MMP Sleep Center.

 



Parvathy S. Nair, MD

Dr. Nair grew up in Freeport, Illinois and she completed her medical training at the Kasturba Medical College, in Manipal, Karnataka, India. She completed her Internal Medicine and her Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship from the University of Arizona. She did her Sleep Medicine Fellowship at the University of Michigan. She is currently board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. She is board eligible for Critical Care medicine. Dr. Nair just joined the Pulmonary Critical Care Associates in 2012 and is affiliated with St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Ann Arbor, St. Joseph Mercy Livingston, St. Joseph Mercy Saline, Chelsea Community Hospital and Select Specialty Hospital.

Dr. Nair is currently married and interests include running, international travelling, and cooking. Dr. Nair is also a big fan of the Chicago Bears.

Rajeev Swarup, MD

Dr. Swarup grew up near Grand Rapids, Michigan. He attended Grand Valley State University as an undergraduate. Dr. Swarup received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine, Netherland Antilles in 2004. He completed his internal medicine residency and chief resident year at St Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor and received his specialty training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital. Dr. Swarup is the Director of Bronchoscopy. His main clinical interests include advanced diagnostic bronchoscopy using endobronchial ultrasound and electromagnetic navigation. Dr. Swarup is board certified in internal, critical care and pulmonary medicine.


Kathleen M. Kerr, PA-C

Kathleen Kerr grew up in Michigan and is a college graduate of Wayne State University. Kathleen Kerr completed her Bachelor of Medical Dietetics from Wayne State University and her Physician Assistant studies from University Of Detroit Mercy. Kathleen Kerr's clinical interests as well as medical specialties include Pulmonary, Anti-Coagulation, Nutrition and Sleep Medicine. Kathleen Kerr has been with Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates since 2005 and affiliates with St. Joseph Ann Arbor, St. Joseph Livingston and Select Specialty Hospital.


Matthew J. Clark, PA-C

Matt Clark grew up in Milan Michigan and is a college graduate of Grand Valley State University. Arwa Hosni, MD

Dr. Hosni grew up in Cairo, Egypt and she completed her medical training at the Cairo University, in Cairo, Egypt. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Chicago Medical School and her Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship and her Sleep Medicine Fellowship from the DMC/Wayne state university. She is currently board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine. She is board eligible for Sleep Medicine. Dr. Hosni just joined the Pulmonary Critical Care Associates in 2012 and is affiliated with St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Ann Arbor, St. Joseph Mercy Livingston, St. Joseph Mercy Saline, Chelsea Community Hospital and Select Specialty Hospital.
